Why The Panasonic VT30 Review Is Better Than The Touted VT25

By Pholaro Khuloab

The bar was set high due to the success of the VT25, people that have had a chance to conduct a Panasonic VT30 review, have been pleasantly surprised. The VT25 was so well received at the Consumer Electronic Show in the previous year that the pressure was on the VT30 to follow it up with the same type of reception. Panasonic made a number of positive changes that made sure they got the welcoming they were looking for.

Some of the upgrades could be easily noticed, while others could only be appreciated after a closer examination. The silkier styling, and streamlined physical appearance of the new product was an immediate hit with the crowd. Subtle changes in the color palette allowing for more detailed shadowing and backgrounds makes for a better movie experienced and has garnered positive praise for the picture quality of the VT30.

Some of the bigger features are that it is made with a 1080p/24 playback mode, it has a slot for 3D SD cards, and it comes with Vierra Connect Internet Suite, making it internet ready out of the box. The free 3D glasses that come with purchase is not a bad bonus either.

With plans to release only two sizes of the model, a 55 inch, and a 65 inch, the customer base is more specialized than others. There is the expectation that other sizes will be released over time, but as of now there are only the two sizes.

There are a few negatives, though none of them have to do with the quality, and they are all easily fixable over time. The main issue consumers have is the price, but if you want the best then you often have to be able to pay a higher price, especially with technology. The 3D glasses are the other point of dissatisfaction among customers. They are a little heavier than most expected, but that problem will be addressed by the company very soon.

The 3D affects have been hailed as the best available on the market. They are crisp, concise, and have no motion blur, which, until now was the biggest problem with all 3D televisions. After a Panasonic VT30 review of your own, you will see why the industry is so excited for this new level in the VT series.
